Mount the shelves flat or angled. Stack them on top of each other, or nest them side by side. As a result, the options are (practically) endless so you can fit exactly what you need in the space you have!

General Storage Space Reference
- One shelf can store pairs of 5lb, 10lb, 15lb, and 20lb dumbbells at once OR 25lb, 30lb, and 35lb.
- Four shelves can hold pairs of PRx Dumbbells 5lb-60lb in 5lb increments.
Wall Mounting Space
- Each shelf mounts to wood studs spaced between 8" - 30"
- For vertical stacking, we recommend providing 18" of space from the top of one shelf to the top of the next.
